Challenge: To redesign this agencies web site so it told a story about what the company offers. Redesign the site so it works for their clients and customers. Also, create excitement within the web site and create an environment that makes their customers want to use it.

Understand what and how their business relates and set up a site that is user friendly and communicates the insurance industry clearly and with as little confusion as possible.

ABI Agency, a woman owned insurance agency wanted their web site to tell a story outlining the types of services offered.
I selected a calming color scheme and ease of linking to encourage browsing. We chose a family oriented theme to reflect the health insurance business in which they specialize. I also concentrated on womens health issues since this was a women owned business and her employees were women. The web site is now accessible, user friendly, and inviting without jeopardizing professionalism.
